This Privacy Policy explains how Firejar, operated by Olin Meusling ("Firejar," "we," "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you visit our website or use our services. Firejar is based in the United States and this site is intended for users in the United States.

Information we collect
Information you provide. When you submit a form, such as unlocking your Growth Clarity Review results, requesting the Growth System Map, or booking a call, we collect the information you enter. This typically includes your first name, work email, and any business details you choose to share.
Information collected automatically. When you browse the site, we and our analytics provider collect technical and usage data such as your device and browser type, pages viewed, links and buttons clicked, referring website, marketing campaign parameters (UTM tags), and an approximate location derived from your IP address. We do not store your full IP address as a profile property.
Session replay. On our marketing pages and the Growth Clarity Review, we record anonymized session replays to understand how the pages are used. Form inputs are masked. On confidential briefs, all on-screen text is masked in replay so the contents of a brief are never captured.
Confidential briefs. When a brief is unlocked, we record that the unlock happened and how the brief is engaged with (which sections are read, scroll depth). The body content of a brief is never sent to our analytics provider.
Cookies and similar technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies (including browser local storage) to operate the site and to power analytics. These help us remember your session and measure how the site performs. You can control cookies through your browser settings; blocking them may affect how parts of the site work.
How we use information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide your Growth Clarity Review results and other materials you request.
- Respond to inquiries and schedule and conduct calls.
- Send transactional and follow-up email related to your request.
- Understand how the site and our offers perform, and improve our marketing and content.
- Maintain the security and integrity of the site.
Service providers
We share information with vendors that process data on our behalf, under their respective terms and data processing agreements:
- Vercel hosts the website and processes server logs.
- PostHog (US) provides product analytics and masked session replay.
- Resend delivers transactional and notification email.
- Cal.com powers call scheduling.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Your choices and rights
Depending on your state, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell or share personal information for advertising. To exercise any right, email us at privacy@firejar.co. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
Your browser may offer a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal; where required, we honor recognized opt-out preference signals.
Data retention
We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide our services and for legitimate business or legal purposes, then delete or de-identify it.
Children
This site is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the date at the top of this page.
